Remote online notarization is the process of virtually notarizing closing documents using online technology tools without the participants having to meet in person and use wet ink signatures.

Fees are per act (there can be multiple signers per document). Travel fees are round-trip, based from point of origin to signing location and
back. Flat rate fees are a minimum $50 charge plus cost listed in fee schedule.
